POKE has NOT implemented the necessary technical, administrative and physical security measures to protect your personal data and prevent its damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment. Only authorized personnel may participate in the processing of your personal data.
The obligation of confidentiality of the people who participate in the processing of their personal data subsists even after the service relationship with POKE NO has ended. Rights that correspond to you

In addition to the procedure contemplated in the immediately preceding section, you can limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending an email to the corresponding Privacy Coordinator, in which you request your registration to the "POKE NO Advertising Exclusion List", in order to to ensure that you do not receive promotional information about our products and services.
